We provide marketing and design services to businesses through our platform, including AI-powered tools, content creation, and campaign management. Client Account Data: Name, email address, phone number, business name, billing information, and login credentials.
Client Business Data: Brand assets, logos, copy, customer lists, email lists, campaign data, analytics, and other materials you provide to us for the purpose of delivering our services.
Usage Data: Login activity, feature usage within the client portal, and interactions with deliverables (e.g., approvals, feedback).
Payment Data: Billing and payment details are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers.
Communications: Emails, messages, and other correspondence between you and our team.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use data collected to:
- Deliver the marketing and design services you have engaged us to perform
- Process content, campaigns, and deliverables on your behalf
- Process payments and manage your account
- Communicate with you about your account and deliverables
- Improve our platform and service quality
- Comply with legal obligations
3. AI-Powered Services
Our platform uses third-party artificial intelligence services to assist in generating content, analyzing data, and executing marketing tasks on your behalf. When we process your data through AI tools:

- AI-generated outputs are always subject to your review and approval before use
- We do not use your data to train AI models owned by GYB

- Cloud Infrastructure: Cloudflare, Oracle Cloud, GitHub
- AI Processing: Third-party AI providers for content generation and data analysis
- Payment Processing: Third-party payment processor (details provided at checkout)
- Email and Communication: Gmail, Zoho, Google Drive
- Analytics: Basic usage tracking within the platform
These providers may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We select providers that maintain appropriate security standards.
6. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We protect your data using:
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Access controls and authentication
- Regular security reviews of our infrastructure
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as necessary to deliver our services. After your account is terminated:
- Account and billing data is retained for up to 12 months for legal and accounting purposes
- Client business data and deliverables are deleted within 30 days unless you request an export
- Client customer data is deleted within 30 days of termination
8. Your Rights
Under PIPEDA and applicable Canadian law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Export your data in a commonly used format upon request
- Withdraw consent for data processing (which may affect our ability to deliver services)

9. Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses:
- Essential cookies for login sessions and security (Cloudflare)
- Google Analytics 4 for anonymized website visitor tracking
We do not use advertising cookies, remarketing pixels, or third-party tracking for ad targeting.
Our website loads fonts (Inter and Lato) from Google Fonts servers. When you visit our site, your browser makes a request to Google's servers, which means Google may receive your IP address and basic browser information. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
10. CASL Compliance
We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation. We will only send you commercial electronic messages with your consent. All commercial messages include sender identification and an unsubscribe mechanism. You may withdraw consent at any time.
For marketing communications sent on your behalf to your customers, you are responsible for obtaining and maintaining proper CASL consent. See Section 4.

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
